5 species sighted at Route 66, Mooloolah River, La Balsa Park, Buddina, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. 17-07-2022.
A single morning solo shore entry dive with Gary of 95 minutes. Maximum depth 5.8 m, 17.6 C water temperature, 4 m viz.
Winter water is here! 17.6 C temp felt pretty cool, the drysuit worked a treat. Fran and Nevar dived too but I never saw them. Finally seeing live nudibranchs was a good sign. Murphydoris cobbi were seen by us all. Super to also see hydroids, sponges, ascidians and a stone fish. The river is in recovery mode.
