Julie and Terry were joined by the wonderful Sue and Rogan again for this dive at Kings Beach Boat Ramp. A single shore entry dive of 72 minutes in depths to 5.8 m. 8 m viz, 19C water temp
It has been 4 months since we visited this spot and were keen to check if the cooler weather has discouraged the Asparagopsis algae from overwhelming the entire site and hiding the nudibranchs. The site did not disappoint. Although the surge was slightly annoying in the shallows, it dissipated somewhat at depth (4m) and with the visibility at around 8m with dappled sunlight, made for a pleasant dive (although our guests were almost frozen solid at the end of the dive). Aahhh one does love ones drysuit!
