Species List: 09-03-2019, Toilet Block, La Balsa Park, Mooloolah River, Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast, Qld.

15 species sighted at Toilet Block, La Balsa Park, Mooloolah River, Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast, Qld, 09-03-2019.

A single solo shore entry dive by Gary of 190 minutes. Maximum depth 6.5 m, 26 C water temperature and up to 8 m viz.

Over the next couple of days the wind and swell is diminishing so off to river we go. The newly installed stair complete with rail was finally ready to descend. The water looked very clear as we (Kelly) entered. After we descended Kelly was having problems with her camera so I did the dive solo. Finding another Tubulophilinopsis gardineri was a treat, name update in the next couple days to Philinopsis as per Gosliner et al. Pteraeolidia semperi seemed to be everywhere from 3 mm to over 100 mm. The most damaged Unidentia sp. was also found.
