33 species sighted at Rotunda upriver, La Balsa Park, Mooloolah River, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia, 11-12-2019.

A single shore solo entry dive by Gary of 251 minutes. Maximum depth 5.8 m, 26 C water temperature and up to 6 m viz.

A fine summer day and more diving to get into. The highlight was finding Dermatobranchus sp. 7, Onchidoris maugeansis, Mnestia sp. 1, and Myja longicornis, more great finds. The Onchidoris maugeansis was found from under a rock without egg masses. The scolloped seaweed that invaded the river seems to be dying off and no Phyllaplysia lafonti were found. The Phyllodesmium undulatum are still looking good! I thought I was going to be run over by the Cat Fish horde and the Spotted Eagle Ray!
