12 species sighted at Toilet Block, Bubble Wall direct, Mooloolah River, La Balsa Park, Buddina, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. 14-06-2025.

A single shore entry dive with Gary and David of 155 minutes, 1.2 m, maximum depth 4.8 m, 20 C water temperature, up to 10 m viz.

Winter is here at last! While waiting for the tide to come around and not dived Bubble Wall for a while, this outing did impress. First time this year the water temp was 20C and crystal clear water. What a joy! Wow the channel markers are being replaced and repositioned. The marker at Rotunda looks like it has been moved onto the edge of the channel instead of up the slope next to the wall. Maybe Council listened to my plee!! Cratena pawarshindeorum were everywhere! Amazing. Our first Dorid since the floods after the Cyclone is Carminodoris grandiflora from under a rock. Another species not seen in a long time was Spurilla braziliana found from under a rock. 12 species recorded, things are improving!
