A single solo shore entry dive with Gary of 147 minutes, 1.2 m, maximum depth 4.9 m, 19 C water temperature, 6 m+ viz.
Winter is here and the water, despite the wind and swell, looks pretty nice. The coolest water this year at 19C. This was a great dive. Plus I moved the channel marker out 3 m! Another live 12 gauge shotgun shell was found. This is a greatest number of species since the cyclone kill-off! There was a heavy layer of silt today. Surprise sightings included Hypselodoris obscura, Polycera melanosticta, Tenellia sp. 23, Tenellia sp. 47 and Unidentia sp. 1.
