Julie, Terry, Gary, Elliot & David on this single shore entry dive of 144 minutes. Maximum depth 5.8 m, 23 C water temperature and up to 3 m viz.

Being a Sunday at the start of the school holidays we took the opportunity to dive the early morning high tide before the park became overrun with visitors. The overall species count is probably our highest yet for a river dive covering a broad spectrum of sea slug forms. One new species was added to our list that we have designated Cratena sp. 3, an aeolid of curious appearance having an unusual combination of features. We note that there was not a single Flabellina angelvaldesi to be seen - strange, given their ubiquitous presence here over the past three years.
