A single solo shore entry morning dive with Gary of 180 minutes. Maximum depth 6.2 m, 20 C water temperature, 6 m+ viz.

Another relaxing dive before the weekend...ahhhh... Again the river is looking good plenty of Murphydoris cobbi and egg masses. To see Goniodoridella savignyi, Lophodoris sp. 1 and Siphopteron makisig again was a treat. A couple of "Christmas-tree" hydroids with egg masses but no "hatched" animals to be seen.

35 species sighted at Hanging Rock Nudibranch Day Sunreef, Gneering Shoals, Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. 25-09-2022.

A double boat entry morning with Gary, Sheryl, Micheal, Kelly-Anne, Tomas and friends of two 50 minute dives. Maximum depth 17.3 m, 21 C water temperature, 15 m viz.

With a great forecast, Nudibranch Day was a hit. Plenty of really nice critters. 28 species is a nice outing. From under a hard coral was a bryozoan with two New Species Polycera sp. 12. What a super find! Seeing Ardeadoris electra, Glossodoris hikuerensis, Jorunna sp. 3, Okenia hallucigenia, Phyllidiopsis burni, Sagaminopteron psychedelicum and Thorunna sp. 4 again was wonderful! Recording a juvenile Aegires minor for the second time was a treat.
