A single night shore dive by David, Julie, Terry and Gary of 130 minutes. Maximum depth 4.9 m, 24 C water temperature and up to 2 m viz.
The time was right to go for a Team night dive, Julie and Terry went right and David and I went left so we could cover the site. The weather will be pretty bad over the week and we thought we should jump in now. Upon descending we encountered a white-out of silt that cleared a little the deeper we went. The viz was low but we could still find nudibranchs including a new species for the river, Doris immonda at 15 mm and a new species to our list Lomanotis sp. 6. It has been a very long time since we last saw a green colour-form of Doris immonda. With the team covering a lot of the site the number of species recorded was quite high.
