24 species sighted at Toilet Block, La Balsa Park, Mooloolah River, Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast, Qld, 07-07-2019.

A single shore entry dive by Gary and Elliot of 180 minutes. Maximum depth 5.6 m, 19 C water temperature and up to 3 m viz.

Just another rainy weekend winters dive in the river. Boy was this one good, some very nice animals and a new species. The highlight for me was finding Eubranchus inabai again, such an unusual species. After turning over a rock a Sebadoris fragilis the size of my hand was revealed. Finding Spurilla braziliana from under a rock was also a great find. 13 Aeolid species were recorded. The winter water temp has finally reached 19C.
