One of the most primitive groups of Heterobranchs are the Bubble Shell species. Most all are identified by the shell. The colourful species are typically above ground while the below ground animals are white.
Out on the reefs Bubble Shells are impossible to locate because of the thick substrate growth. These species were found on the sand, easy to see if you're close.
