A single shore entry dive with Gary and Sheryl of 227 minutes. Maximum depth 5.7 m, 26 C water temperature, up to 1 m viz.
The last dive of 2022 the river awaits. From the surface it didn't look bad. Upon descending the water column and the substrate was loaded with silt, lots of beautiful silt. The challenge was presented and off we went. There was enough viz to find Nudibranchs, bring it on! Recording another new species is a great joy, Niparaya sp. 39 was located, all 2 mm of it. A new Gymnodoris was recorded today as well and to top it off two animals were found. A live Retusa amphizosta borrowing in the silt was great to see. Challenge met...
