16 species sighted at Fish Cage, Mooloolah River, La Balsa Park, Buddina, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. 06-04-2023.

A single solo shore entry dive with Gary of 193 minutes. Maximum depth 6.4 m, 26 C water temperature, up to 8 m viz.

Get in before the Easter madness comes! The water was beautiful at up to 8 m viz in a 1.7 m tidal flow. This was the beginning of 'winter is coming' water temp 26C! The ornaments on the Fish Cage are still looking good, gave the ball a bit of a clean and no Nudibranchs to seen. Lots of Dotos were seen and even more food sources. Finding Idaliadoris maugeansis after spotting the egg masses was a big challenge! A nice little Goniobranchus geometricus was tucked away nicely. Good dive...and I finally got to 6.4 m depth!
