A single solo shore entry dive with Gary of 262 minutes. Maximum depth 5.7 m, 20 C water temperature, 8+ m viz.
Weekday diving you bet! With a big wind and swell some fluff came in the river at the height of the tidal flow which cleared up nicely. The water temp felt a little cooler today. Someone was having a grand time by tossing many large white and brown shells in the river! And some jerk stole my Channel marker tie-off stake! A pretty large Goniobranchus sp. 6 was very deep in a narrow crack. A Carminodoris nodulosa mating pair was great to see. Upon turning over a rock 4 Pleurobranchus peronii were seen having a party. Another new species was found at the Channel Rocks Rotunda Tenellia sp. 77.
