4 species sighted at Pt. Cartwright intertidal, Buddina, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
07-10-2026.
An intertidal search with Gary and Jonte. Overcast skies made it nice.
With low tide at 11.30am there would be no diving, BUT there would be intertidal searching. Jonte was coming to explore what Pt. Cartwright has to offer. Upon arriving at the site it was very clear that a lot of sand has moving cutting the shallows in half. Four species was a good outing. The first animal was found in a few minutes. What was thought to be Haloa cobbi turned out to be Haloa musetta!
