Julie, Terry, Gary and David on this excursion consisting of 1 x 80 minute and 1 x 77 minute dives in water depths from 14 m to 18 m. 5 m viz, 23 C water temp and some surge.
This was the shake-down open-ocean trip on Terry’s new boat and it performed admirably. Leaving the Mooloolah River he turned south and we shot over the waves down to Nudi Ledge on Currimundi Reef. It has been almost 3 months since we have visited this part of the coast and the sea slugs presented in good numbers and diversity. A few not-so-common species among the count and a new addition, Tenellia sp. 46.
