41 species sighted at Rotunda upriver, La Balsa Park, Mooloolah River, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia, 01-11-2019.

A single shore entry dive by Gary, David and Brenton of 185 minutes. Maximum depth 6.0 m, 24 C water temperature and up to 7 m viz.

This time we wanted to see what upriver at Rotunda had to offer so we drifted up to the Casuarina tree and descended. This dive had many nudibranchs which is supported by my theory that because there has not been much rain and run-off food sources flourish and so the nudibranch population. Philinopsis sp. 4 was found at about 3 mm and is a new species. It was great to see some large dorids! And continuing the tradition Goniodoridella savignyi is everywhere.
