Julie, Terry, Gary and David on this excursion consisting of 1 x 85 minute and 1 x 80 minute dives in water depths from 10 m to 14 m. 10 m viz, 21 C water temp and some slight surge in the shallower parts.
With the great sea conditions we ran up the coast to the Arkwright Shoals to dive at Where’s Dewley. We love the varied and broken up terrain here that provides many different surfaces to search for our objects of desire. The visibility was somewhat less than the 20 m we enjoyed a fortnight ago when we were last here. Doriprismatica atromarginata came in with the highest specimen count but we also sighted the most Ardeadoris sp. 2 we have even seen in the one place.
