A single shore entry dive with Gary and Sheryl of 221 minutes. Maximum depth 5.9 m, 23 C water temperature, up to 6 m viz.
We thought since Sheryl had the day off and a bit of rain is on the way we wouldn't let a 2.0 tidal flow stop us. It turned out to be a great dive with 47 species recorded, 1 noew species and 1 new species for the river! I never thought that Mariaglaja inornata would ever occur in the river. How good is that? With the water moving so fast a couple species were blown away before the camera could be positioned into place. During the middle of the dive I searched in the shallower water in the scollop weed and found a new species of Elysia, got 3 photos before it disappeared. Nice to see Gymnodoris amakusana come back.
